Selling the feeling
Most short-term rental accounts make the same mistake — they show the space. We decided to sell the experience of being in it. The content strategy was built around one question: what does it feel like to escape here?
We built content pillars around the unit's lifestyle appeal — the pool view at night, the city lights, the hotel-quality amenities, the intimacy of a private space in the middle of one of Cebu's busiest districts. Every visual was crafted to trigger a specific emotion before a viewer even read the caption.
We launched with a one-time Facebook ad to seed initial reach into the local travel market. After that, the strategy went entirely organic — local hashtags, keyword-rich captions, Facebook group seeding, and TikTok Reels designed to go beyond the existing audience and reach people actively planning Cebu visits.

Suite Escape Cebu launched with a strong product — a cozy, well-appointed condo unit in Cebu City's IT Park, appealing to business travelers, couples, and weekend staycationers. What it didn't have was any digital presence at all.
The Facebook and TikTok pages were built from scratch. Zero followers, zero content, zero visibility in a market where Airbnb guests search, scroll, and decide based almost entirely on what they see online before booking.
The challenge wasn't just awareness — it was trust. A new listing with no reviews, no social proof, and no name recognition had to compete with established properties that already had both. The margin for error was slim. The strategy had to work fast.
