But for Local, we recommend to maximize the TikTok because as a host too, I have experienced great results from TikTok and maximizing the Facebook Groups. For International, we recommend Instagram and Facebook, especially Facebook groups. We have strategy in place for Facebook group to maximize its potential.

We don't guarantee specific booking numbers because so many factors affect that (seasonality, your pricing, location, property condition, etc.). What we do guarantee: high-quality content, consistent posting, professional engagement, and monthly reporting. The properties that follow our strategy consistently see results.

We require a 3-month minimum commitment to give the strategy time to work (social media algorithms reward consistency). After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts or lock-ins beyond the initial 3 months for first time clients.

Yes, but we use secure methods (business manager access for Instagram, creator permissions for TikTok). We never ask for passwords—everything is done through proper access controls. You maintain full ownership and can revoke access anytime.
